Originally built as a granary in the 1800's where schooners would tie up to load grain and supplies. Much of the natural character still exists today.
Private Functions
Available June thru September. Reserve for Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Celebrations of Life and other events. Seats 80 plus another 20 around a sailboat bar.

Vacation rental by the week or longer. 1 bedroom, fully equipped. In town. Available from June thru September.
